Access to and use of the Boston By Foot Web Site ("Site") is provided subject to the following Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). BY USING THE SITE, YOU AGREE TO THESE TERMS OF USE; IF YOU DO NOT AGREE, DO NOT USE THE SITE.

Boston By Foot, Inc. reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. It is your responsibility to check these Terms periodically for changes. As long as you comply with these Terms, Boston By Foot, Inc. grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited privilege to enter and use the Site.

Intellectual Property

Boston By Foot and its licensors provide the following exemptions:

Some copyrighted Content may be explicitly marked for re-publication and distribution from a designated download page, such as graphical logos, for the purpose of promoting or linking to the Boston By Foot website.

Accredited K-12 and higher education institutions, their students and faculty may download, republish or distribute Content, without modification, for non-profit educational purposes only while these Terms remain in effect. Examples include:

• classroom materials such as handouts and presentations
• school owned web sites pertaining to a course of study or scholarly research

Linking Policy

If you would like to link to the Boston By Foot Site, you must comply with the following:

• Links to this Site must be presented in such a way that fairly represents the role, material and services of Boston By Foot, Inc.
• Your site should not promote illegal activities, violence, or contain other adult content such as but not limited to pornography or gambling.
• The context of the link must not be presented in such a way that your organization is endorsed or sponsored by Boston By Foot, Inc.
• Do not incorporate any Content into your site. This Site or any Content must not appear as a frame within another website or be in-lined within another web site.
• Links may be created to any Boston By Foot web page on this Site. Links may not be created directly to video, audio, images or photographs ("hot linking"). You may directly link to PDF documents such as maps and brochures.

Boston By Foot reserves the right to withdraw permission for any link.

Termination

This License and the rights granted hereunder will terminate automatically upon any breach by You of the Terms of this License.
